This week, the KCM/EMIC Relief Team is on the ground in Lake Charles, LA, ministering to Partners and Friends affected by Hurricane Laura. They found Wilbert Fontenot, whose home was struck by Hurricane Laura.

Wilbert shared with us how his wife of 30 years, name, passed away on Aug. 2, 2020, from COVID-19, and then Hurrican Laura did significant damage to his home. The house is full of water, and he’s been forced to sleep in the only livable room in the house. However, he’s not getting much sleep, about two to three hours per night, because he’s been helping his neighbors clean out their homes, too.

“I’m going to make it,” says a teary-eyed, yet determined, Wilbert. “Because God provided for me.”

Our team was blessed to be able to provide financial support to Wilbert to help him with costs, and we were also able to pray for him during this difficult time. Will you pray for him, too?

This is what it’s all about–Partners helping Partners!

The KCM Relief Team is made possible by the financial support and prayers of our Partners. So, if you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries or a member of Eagle Mountain International Church (https:www.emic.org), thank you. Your support through prayer and giving affects lives spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially worldwide.
